Store Problems
Card gets declined:
1. Make sure your CC billing address is the same as your INVOICE address you registered with the store. You can change the SHIP TO address, but the INVOICE address and your CC billing address MUST match. 2. Check to make sure your address information doesn't have any typos. 3. Be sure the CARD CODE is correct. It is the 3 or 4 digit number usually found on the back of the card after the printed card number. 4. If you are outside of the USA, be careful with the state / province field. If you are Western Australia and put WA in the state / province field, it will think you live in Washington state in the US and decline the transaction because the state doesn't match your postal code. If you are outside the USA and aren't sure about the State / Province, leave it blank and it will not try to match it with the country and postal code. 5. If you live in England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you must put your country as United Kingdom for the store to recognize the correct ISO country code. We do not control this world standard definition of countries and must conform to it. NO SHIPPING TO YOUR COUNTRY error 1. MAKE SURE you have spelled or abbreviated both your country and state (if applicable) correctly. 2. If you use the abbreviation, it MUST be the 2-digit ISO code (UK, US, etc for country, CA, WA, GA, etc for state, if in US) and NO punctuation marks. |
